The Events Committee is responsible for planning and executing Chamber events that enhance networking, education, and community engagement. This committee ensures that events align with the Chamber’s mission and support member interests.
Charter:
Plan and organize Chamber events that promote networking and engagement.
Coordinate with sponsors and partners to enhance event value.
Develop a calendar of events that addresses member interests.
Oversee logistics, including venues, catering, and registration.
Ensure each event aligns with the Chamber’s mission and goals.
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for improvement.
Manage event budgets and monitor financial performance.
Work with the Ambassadors Committee to boost attendance.
Promote inclusivity and accessibility in all event planning.
Document event processes and best practices for future use.
