The Kent Chamber of Commerce invites you to our Networking Luncheon\, where opportunities for collaboration and growth abound.\n\n\n\nDate: 10/5/2023\n\nTime: 11am -1pm \n\nLocation: Green River College \n\n\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n.\n\n11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Registration and Welcome\n\n\n\nRegistration: Check-in at the registration table\, pick up your name badge\, and receive a warm welcome from our event staff.\n\n\n\nIcebreaker Bingo: Get to know your fellow attendees by playing a quick round of Icebreaker Bingo. Fill in your bingo card with interesting facts about the people you meet!\n\n\n\n11:30 AM - 11:45 AM: Opening Remarks\n\n\n\nWelcome Address: Chamber representatives will provide a brief welcome and set the tone for an exciting and productive networking session.\n\n\n\n11:45 AM - 12:15 PM: Speed Networking (Round 1)\n\n\n\nRound 1: You'll have 3 minutes to introduce yourself\, exchange business cards\, and discuss your goals with a fellow attendee. When the time's up\, switch to the next person!\n\n\n\n12:15 PM - 12:45 PM: Speed Networking (Round 2)\n\n\n\nRound 2: Continue the speed networking rounds with new connections. It's a fast-paced\, fun way to meet a variety of people.\n\n\n\n12:45 PM - 1:00 PM: Interactive Networking Activities\n\n\n\nNetworking Scavenger Hunt: Work in teams to complete a list of networking challenges. Find someone who matches each description\, strike up a conversation\, and mark it off your list.\n\n\n\nBusiness Card Swap: Collect business cards from as many attendees as possible. The person with the most cards at the end wins a prize!\n\n\n\n1:00 PM - 1:05 PM: Closing Remarks and Prizes\n\n\n\nWrap-Up: Chamber representatives will provide closing remarks\, thank attendees for their participation\, and share upcoming chamber events and opportunities.\n\n\n\nPrize Drawings: We'll announce the winners of our door prizes and networking game challenges.
